A device used to turn regular average folk into monkies.

"Ahh! Perry the platypus. How unexpected of you, and by unexpected I mean completely expected. Now behold! My niggainator! With this device I will strike every citizen in the tri-state area to turn them black! This will cause the entire city's streets to be flooded with gang wars and high drug usage. Then I will slowly come from the shadows and take my brother Rodger's position as governor and finally rule over the tri-state area! pretty cool, right?!"
