To be in an incredible poor state, usually used to describe someone who has had too much to drink and is now describable only as unfit to live. Usually followed by a period of sustained paralysis in which one lays (usually naked) on the sofa all day and makes strange guttural gargling noices.

Did you see Will last night? He drank too much. He was completely Mozzed.

To be mickey moused is to be completely and utterly beyond the realms of drunkedness. 'Plastered' and 'wasted' have nothing on embodying this Walt Disney Character. Steam Boat Willie? Roger Rabbit? Not a chance. You are so far gone that a whole advertising industry could make money from you all over again. Walt Disney made you like this. You basically made the Disney Channel. You are literally 'taking the mickey' out of life. You're Mickey Moused.

Jem was totally mickey moused last night.

Using a tampon, as in she is; on the blob, she’s got the painters in etc. The root of the definition refering to the similarity of Tampax tampon to a small white rodent because of the body of the tampon and its “white string” like a tail and the act of inserting it up the vagina. Other brands may have different coloured strings but the result is the same they are moused-up.
