This convention spans over three days on a weekend in late July/ early August. This Convention host the one and only Original Anime Human Chess Match where Two teams of 16 "act out" a chess match with scripted Fights. Metrocon also hosts the Masquerade Ball, Tournaments for Dance Dance Revolution, Guitar Hero, Magic: The Gathering TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh TCG and a Rave. Metrocon is basically a reason to Cosplay as your favorite anime or Video Game Chracter.
