A stubborn individual who denies human impact on Earth, from climate change denial to defending unsustainable meat consumption habits. Often associated with rejecting science, poor education, and an unwillingness to learn or adapt to new information.

The meateaterologist scoffed at the climate change conference, insisting that his daily steak habit and distrust of science had no impact on the planet.
