If you break the lavin you swore on, you and the broken lavin is considered a "Luveneh" Pronounced (Luv-in-eh) and a luveneh and you can never make a lavin until forgiven and specifically told that you are no longer a luveneh from the person that you broke the lavin towards since you need to be worthy to use the word lavin.
