A very crutial accessory that is near the shoulder. Usually shiny or raw. Located near the neaner area. Looks very cool but gets messed up very easily. Many people get angry about the locktess, simply because they don't know where it is located. The locktess is easily change an ugly man to a sexy man in seconds. The locktess looks best in blue, though maroon also looks pretty dope.

Common among male swimmers, lookies dookie is a serious medical condition that includes symptoms such as: excessive hair growth, improper grammar usage, pale skin, over-confidence, and a failing sense of humor, ending in the subsequent growth of a mangina/m-ussy.
