The act of laughing so hard that your cheek muscles' anaerobic respiration goes into overdrive and overflows with lactic acid as a result.

Get the My cheeks are full of lactic acidmug. Baby humans naturally need milk for growing. When this milk is provided on tap via the mother's teet. When the baby attaches it's (toothless) mouth to the female nipple like it was the Tootsie Pop owl, the nerve endings on mom's boob positively react to the sucking sensation in a weird but pleasurable way by producing lactose (breast milk). This happens because the mother likes how it feels and because it's feels weirdly sexual, her brain tells her that her baby needs this milk to live and it's totally normal. This contradictory feeling leaves the mother feeling lacticuos.
When something is weird but normal (oftentimes metaphorically).

When the Disc Golfer became frustrated was told an 18 hole course would cost real money to play, but only until he was told a golf cart would be included. This left him feeling very lacticous.
