A phrase put in the title and/or description section of youtube videos by incredibly stupid people who don’t understand how copyright laws actually work. The phrase makes no logical sense because it directly contradicts their action of uploading content which they aren't the copyright holder of.

By analogy, according to people who use the phrase, someone should be able to shoot them in the head while yelling “NO HARM/MURDER/MANSLAUGHTER INTENDED!” and get away with it.
I'll laugh my ass off if someone ever tries to use "No copyright infringement intended" in court.

Not intended to be a factual statement

An excuse released by the office of Minnesota Senator Jon Kyle after telling a blatant lie on the senate floor and getting called out for it the next day by the offended parties.

Used nowadays to say things that would normally be considered quite libelous and whacky.

Stephen Colbert aired the story on his show, the Colbert Report, then spent the night twittering nonsense phrases about the senator, using the HashTag "#NotIntendedtobeaFactualStatement".

No Pun Intended

AMERICAN PHRASE, widely considered by some to be a cliché. Two uses of this phrase.

#1. "No pun intended!" Is a clarification you make after a remark you uttered that DID indeed contain a pun. You exclaim, "No pun intended" because you honestly did mean to construct the setence to contain a pun.

#2 The second meaning of, "no pun intended" can be tongue-in-cheek or more harshly put, untruthful. In this instance a person purposely inserted the pun. The motivations for doing so vary. Some reasons include: doing it to be humerous, attempting to be clever, wanting to engage in word play, or doing so to annoy people who hate puns. They fib by saying, "No pun intended!" because: they want to avoid embarrassment after no one laughed, escape retribution from those they annoyed on purpose or perhaps they feel foolish for making the pun at all.
#1 Pun WITHOUT intent. "That pistol is so tiny looks like he could be a son of a gun. Sorry, no pun intented!"

#2 Pun WITH intent: "Look at that duck. Hope he has a lot of money just look at the size of his BILL! Ha, ha, ha! No pun intended, right guys?"

copyright infringement intended

What bad motherfuckers put in their video descriptions on YouTube to stick the proverbial middle finger of insurrection right in those copyright bastard’s faces.
Stanley: “Hey, I just uploaded Cliff Richard’s ‘The Millennium Prayer’ on YouTube. I wrote ‘copyright infringement intended’ because I’m a rebel against society.”
