ILS 

ILS stands for Instrument Landing System in aviation.

It is a ground based radio system to guide ILS equipped aircraft accurately down onto the runway, usually in bad weather. Most aircraft these days can land without a pilot utilizating the ILS.

A phrase used by qasdfdsaq with a meaning synonymous to "Bla", "Whatever" or any other situation where nothing sensible can be said. Also used as a meaningless conversation-filler.

Being adapted from "ILS" by Schluff-l-ei (Müsli) regarding Wuff-l-ei (Sita), a common mis-conception exists that qasdfdsaq's use of the word bears the same meaning as Schluff-l-ei's original definition, which is not true.
