ILS

Inflated Lat Syndrome. What people who don't lift weights say about people who actually do, usually out of jealousy. Typically used by smaller weaker males as a trite and petty insult to more physically superior specimens in the presence of females.

Girl: "Man that guy is huge"

Scrawny Guy: "Yeah he has a bad case of ILS."
ILS Guy: "You say something bitch?"
Scrawny Guy: "Nope..."
Girl: "So how much do you bench?" ;)
