Originating in the Midwest, this term means being pinched by the cops after rear-ending a vehicle they have already "hulked over," nearly clipping a patrol car in the process. In a general sense, it means the joyride is over. This part comes right before your drunkass gets hauled off to county.

n. One who makes rapid fire, outlandish declarations as a statement of fact. Typically a low IQ individual who has zero self awareness to the absurdity of their statements. In the slim chance that one of their several thousand proclamations actually come to pass, they suffer severe elbow tendonitis from slapping their own back. They spew so much shit, it is akin to a monkey shitting in their hand and hucking it around with reckless abandon.

Hacked by Chinese

"Hacked by Chinese!" appeared in the text of the Code Red Worm which attacked a vulnerability in Microsoft IIS web servers in July, 2001. In some internet forums, the phrase has become a put-down synonymous with "you lose!" The meaning of the original term is obscure; perhaps a reference by the originators of the worm to a supposed Chinese-American internet war, though the origin of the worm, which infected some 250,000 computers within 9 hours according to NIPC, was never traced.

Hacked is supposed to mean unauthorized access to computers and computer networks, but not any more, now it means to post 'Hilarious' statuses on somebodies Facebook profile.
