Helicodemos

The civilizational whirlpool characterized by low birth rates, leading to immigration, eventually to replacement of the ethnic population demographically.

Typical of late stage Liberal Democracies, whose dual promises of "You will be freer and you will be richer" result merely in insufficient accountability and the worship of GDP, rather than wealth.

Low birth rates, due to feminisation of society, lead to a declining population. Therefore without replacing the never born children with foreign people GDP would decrease. Hence politicians, the chief Helicodemons, encourage immigration in order to say in power.
