noun - Another name for an over-marketed device meant for people with autism such as a fidget spinner, fidget cube, or any other fidget toy out there.

Person 1: Hey, what's that thing?
Person 2: A fidget spinner.
Person 1: Cool, isn't that an autismo gizmo?
Person 2: Yeah, I guess. These things are really pointless, although it is somehow necessary to be cool to have one.

palm pilots, global positioning systems, radar detectors, digital camera widgets, generally anything small and electronic.
