1. A bag used for squirting water up your ass, In some vain attempt to "clean" (HA) your bummhole out.

2. It is also possible for one to be a doochebag,
ie, if you do almost anything homo or vaguely irritating in any way, you could be a doochebag

usually someone that think's they're the shit but is really a piece of shit, i.e. pop stars and pretty boys
interchangeable with douchebag, but even more deserving of a Mortal Kombat fatality or nut stompage

Typical of the big party scene at many institutions of higher learning in the U.S. are numerous goosebags that make suicide bombing seem like the best option at such parties.

A self-centred individual, either male or female, not on an expedition to the extreme climates of the north and/ or south poles, who demonstrates their low level of intellect by purchasing and donning a $500+ jacket to follow a ridiculous (short-lived) trend, without taking into consideration how moronic they appear.

Its not that cold in Toronto, why is that guy wearing a heavy down-filled, coyote fur trimmed jacket? What a goosebag!
