Refers to a mix of gone and lost. Its where your eyes are very watery and a little bit red. As well as being some what blazed and or tipsy.

After enjoying some Panama Red Tom became very glossy.

Glossy Taco

Cristine from the YouTube channel "Simply Nailogical" uses this term when she's about to apply a "Glossy topcoat" onto her nail. When her channel first started, she used to say "Glossy topcoat" but as time progressed, it slowly molded "glossy taco" taco resembling top coat.

I suppose you don't have to put on a glossy taco you could leave it a little textured, but you know me girl, I'm all about that glossy taco. Do me a favor and don't look that up on urban dictionary that's NOT the definition I mean someone please update that!
