1. An individual that attempts to de-rail a presentation by asking stupid questions.
2. An audience participant that makes a fool of themself by attempting to heckle the performer or presenter.

That person is attending the training I am delivering next week but I"m not going to worry about it because he/she is a heckler flunkie.

2. The sudden realization that your old beater vehicle is lost in the twilight zone between "generally worthless" and "totally worthless," forcing you to keep driving it for another year -- at least.

"I just looked up the mileage for my 1996 RAV4. The stupid Junker Flunker gets 16 mpg, which means I won't be getting any of that government cash after all. Drat!"

Flunker

A good for nothin' waste of space that will never get into a university. Does nothing but smoke dope and play games all day. Never pays attention in class, and will never become anything useful in life.

Because Robert played games all day, he never went to university. His parents were ashamed of their son becoming such a flunker.
