A person who repeatedly strikes hard surfaces with closed fists in order to achieve a level of physical pain that will 'alleviate' their emotional pain. Much like a 'cutter' will cut themselves to achieve the same effect.

When his friends found out he hurt himself intentionally by hitting things, one of them referred to him as a 'fisticutter.'

A form of fisticuffs, perfected early in the new millennium by Master Salty. This form of fisticuffs is done by forming the hands in fists and curling the arms to the face, with the back of the hand facing your opponent. To strike, one must fling their hands toward the enemy (still facing them with the back of them) and hitting with the back side of the knuckles, much like a scorpion. This is done until one fighter submits.

The act of pleasuring a FUPA. To properly fisticus, two people are needed. Person A horizontally separates FUPA skin while person B uses one hand to assist in vertical separation. Person B’s other hand is formed into a fist and thrust into the female subject’s vajayjay.
