A popular character in the anime /manga Owari no Seraph, he is seen right in the first episode and has gained much popularity throughout the series.

Out of all the characters in the anime, I say Ferid is the best.

Ferid

Ferid is a very good looking vampire noble/ progenitor from seraph of the end. Although he is rather stunning he is definitely insane and has a lot of issues.
