The unholy child of femcel and incel. These are 'femboys' (boys who dress or present femininely) that also happen to be incels. Unlike regular incels, who usually are despised for their usually misogynistic views, femboycels, like femcels, may be more 'favorably' seen; or even fetishized... eugh.

That guy is such a femboycel.
