Phenomenon where in behavior by unconnected individuals creates a seemingly concentrated effort. This behavior is copied from a previous source without an original.

In short Stand alone complex is multiple copies of a behavior, object, view, ect, existing without an original.

The laughing Man is a living example of Stand Alone Complex.

Not only did hundreds copy his works without knowing who or what he was of there own volition all claiming to be the original.

But he himself was copying a plan found floating the net without any apparent source.

Only a completionist would collect all of the flags in Assassin's Creed.

Protagonist Complex

Believing you and your life are either literally or metaphorically the center of a metaphysical narrative in which you are the protagonist and that your life obstacles or people you disagree with or dislike are forces of evil. Most often seen in people who have consumed large amounts of entertainment such as books, movies, or video games which have a concrete "good or bad" for most of their lives.

"My sister in law keeps referencing Harry Potter online when politics are brought up. I think she may have a protagonist complex."

Complextro

Complextro is a sub-genre of Electro House music. The first credible complextro track is credited as Firepower by Wolfgang Gartner released august 18 2009. The main defining feature of complextro is the cut up bassline sections with heavy modulation and variance. It takes elements of dubstep, fidget house and electro house and combines them together. Since the heaviest influence of complextro is electro house BPM ranges from 126-130 NOT 140.

Woodcock Complex

Where two people do the same action, however one person is attractive and one is unattractive. The action from the attractive is seen as cute and funny, where as it is seen as weird or creepy via the unattractive.
