An outlet that is lit enough to produce favors for you. This is directly correlated to clout. When someone has a lot of clout, they have a lot of power or influence. A cloutlit is usually a friend that can help you gain entrance to an exclusive event or help with exposure on your creative project. A cloutlit can also be a page, blog, or thread that has a lot of exposure and can help achieve the same goal.
