Adj. describing a rapid tempo in music or any other measurable , quantifiable succession of beats; the "click" referring to the clicks on a metronome.
Primarily used by musicians.

The term "clicky clown" is a name given to a person of high status in a gang or group.
Also can be used when describing the noise made by small mammals when walking on a hard surface. See ich pende.

Clicky Knickers 

A woman who is always dressed to attract attention from potential partners/ one nighters. Can also apply to a woman who's great at picking up in a club or wherever she happens to be. Clicky (as in knows what she's doing/ how to get what she wants) and Knickers (referring to the Aus/ Brit slang word for womens underwear).
