North Central, Charleston is a neighborhood on the Charleston Peninsula of artist, writers, and musicians adjacent to the equally hip sections of Wagener Terrace and Hampton Park. Charlene is an Awesome Friend who loves to play and just have Fun! But she is an incredible SMART-ASS but doesn't always show it.
