A bopoger is basically an embarrassingly stupid person. There is pretty much no excuse for being this stupid. It is along the lines of a dolt.

Guy 1: Man, I can't believe I got a C on this test after studying so hard.
Guy 2: Well, at least you didn't do as badly as Franny. He didn't get a single problem correct.
Guy 1: Franny is a bopoger.
