It’s just a play on words that his pockets are “stuffy” (stuffed with cash), and the irony of the reference to antihistamine which would clear up a stuffy nose, but clearly has nothing to do with pockets stuffed with cash.

Doing upon so the user will have a decently high chance of having a dream that is quite vivid and hazy as if they were on a somewhat astral plane but minus the hallucinations you'd experience if you were on DMT.
Listening to so much shoegaze the other night after taking an antihistamine for my hay fever and mosquito bites, went to bed and had the fattest Antihistadream ever.
