Welfare Refugee

A person (usually a child-baring female)whom is weened from welfare due to the Welfare Reform Act of 1997 where welfare mothers had to get off of their lazy asses and get jobs, or their children would lose their healthcare benefits, food stamps, and other percs before the legal age of 18. Many Welfare Refugees have minimal skills and theirfore work minimum wage jobs.

I worked at Comcast, where a majority of the workforce in customer service was either Welfare Refugees or brain-dead slobs!

Welfare Sex

When a spouse or other partner only wants sex once a month or less. The sex you get is only out of guilt or obligation, or a mistaken idea this will be enough to keep you from cheating. Usually involves very plain "vanilla" sex with no frills such as wild positions, sex toys, lingerie, etc.

John: "Dude I saw you texting Traci during the game, are you stepping out again?"
Steve: "Man I've been on Welfare Sex for six months."
John: "Oh, cool. Don't get caught."

Social Welfare Mobile

Slang for a Fiat Punto. Generally driven by knackers, scobes and boy racers, though most of the aforementioned are usually one and the same. As a result, they are cheap, unreliable and rust after a few years.
