Gonzo brain is when a persons mind veers dangerously off track; like losing their train of thought, where the one subjected to gonzo brain cannot formulate any real tangible and communicable ideas, and sometimes is left with feelings of impending doom. An occurrence that is more prevalent when subjected to brain injury, mental illness, or the use of psychedelic drugs.
I remember babbling to Tyson about something last night, then right in the middle of talking I got gonzo brain and could barely speak the rest of the night; I was left with this eerie feeling of awkwardness and didn't know what to do with my self.

Get the gonzomug. Propaganda that admits it is propaganda, is self-aware that it is propaganda, and is forth right about its intentions as propaganda. Taken from the concept "Gonzo Pornography" - ie pornography where the "actors" are aware of the camera.
