However, It can also be pronounced with more of a "D" sound I.E. A-Dough?- And Dough.

A rather overused phrase that few can do correctly. However when said to you correctly, you either feel really stupid, or just really want to punch someone in the face.

It means just as it says. For example, if someone says: Look at this loser doing everything but doing that essay due in an hour, you'd reply saying, the accuracy is real tho, because although the joke is funny, it accurately describes what you or the person would be doing anyway. You're not below the joke.

Person 1: Look at this loser doing everything but doing that essay due in an hour
Person 2: The accuracy is real tho.
Person 1:...you're right XD
