ratchet ass nigga

A "nigga" who doesn't have his shit together. In most cases the "ratchet ass nigga" is broke, unemployed (and ain't looking) broke, and lives where ever he can for free (with friends, family, girlfriend, ect.)... This type of "nigga" has nothing higher than a high school education, and wouldn't think twice about following you for 8 blocks asking for your phone number. This type of "nigga" loves activities such as partying, playing basketball, fighting, and rapping. There are other blacks who take part in these activities (like me) but the "Ratchet ass Nigga) will do them forever. This "nigga" had no schedule.

That Ratchet ass nigga will never get his shit straight.

1.) Rachel is described as someone who is outgoing, hilarious, an amazing singer, as well as an amazing person.

-Rachel's usually don't take anything seriously, but can change in a second and be caring and understanding. Rachel can do anything through music. She is beautiful. Everyone loves Rachel.
