Pikey

A term used for a person (almos always a gypsy) who act like an asshole and partake in illegal behavior. Not all gypsies are pikeys and that is important to remember.

John: " Hey dude do you see that guy stealing the money from a kid"
Luke: "Yeah he defo a pikey"
