Enchiladillas

Fusion food at it's finest hour! Enchiladillas are a mix between 2 famous classic Mexican dishes the Enchilada & the Quesadilla combined to make one original great tasting dish! You take all the ingredients used to make enchiladas but instead of roll them up put them In a tortilla shell and make a Quesadilla (Enchiladillas)

I asked my mom to make me a Enchiladilla so she combined her 2 favorite Mexican foods Enchiladillas and Quesadillas and the rest was delicious history.
