Dark Side of the Moon

A monumental album recorded by Pink Floyd in March of 1973. Set the tone as the defining concept album, along with Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club band by the Beatles. Contains nine tracks, including their first true hit, Money. The last two tracks, Brain Damage and Eclipse, are typically played together on FM radio.

Not the main favored candidate. Someone somewhat unkown who exceeds expectations of all others in an event. This saying is said to go back to the Victorian politician Benjamin Disraeli who, apart from finding time to regularly become Prime Minister, also found time to write a novel called "The Young Duke". In the book there is a description of a horse race in which the two favourites cannot make the running. In the meanwhile "a dark horse...rushed past the grandstand in a sweeping triumph".

Georgia Tech was a dark horse in the 2004 NCA basketball tournament.

Perfect Dark

The greatest FPS game ever made. It came out on the N64 in 2000. It was kind of like a futuristic Goldeneye game based in the future and with awesome guns and good graphics for the time. You play as perfect agent Joanna Dark. The soundtrack was pretty kickass and went well with the game. There are also fun features, such as the Carrington Institute. You can unlock Goldeneye weapons by getting good scores in the shooting range. You can also unlock cheats by completeing certain levels in under a set time on a certain difficulty.

There's an XBLA version set to be released soon. It will feature better graphics and online play

Intellectual Dark Web

A collection of academics and interviewers who publish work (mostly in print, video, and podcasts) on a variety of subjects including politics, psychology, economics, evolution, physics, Islamic reformation, and comedy.
The group includes (from the political left to right) Bret Weinstein, Sam Harris, Eric Weinstein, Maajid Nawaz, Joe Rogan, Dave Rubin, Jordan Peterson, and Ben Shapiro, as well as others.
Most members of the group have been actively publishing work for years, sometimes decades, but the group came to prominence as a whole in the time after the election of Donald Trump.
Some believe the group belongs to the alt-right, but evidence for this claim is scarce because so many members fall into the traditional progressive category.

When a TV show or movie uses taboo subjects like death, cancer, racism, old age, rape, guns, domestic abuse, drugs etc is the source of the laughter. That's why it's dark.
