Chipmunk

Someone, who is extremely cringey, clingy, or just doesn't seem to be doing the right thing. Someone who you can't stand sometimes, or handle because of how they act. Can also often be seen as annoying, a pain, having over self-confidence, or just trying to act "cool", when really the're just embarrassing themselves.

" OMG, do you see Haden?"

" Yeah, he's such a chipmunk."
