Stepbro issues means that a girl feels something for her older stepbrother. Sometimes she has dirty thoughts about her stepbro and want more from him than just be stepsiblings. Softer Issues

Used as an adjective to describe people, people's actions, or situations that do not match one's expectations. Similar to the word soft except this definition gives a brighter spin to the remark. Implying that there are harder issues out there, and this current one is soft when compared to.

Commonly used by hip-hopping youngsters.
