A sourcemate is someone who shares a source with you! or Something like that, I don't fucking have DID.

Based on what I've found, It's apparently having memories with a fictional character in your head. Commonly used by people who DON'T have DID, like those stupid tic tok-ers who fake mental disorders for clout.

John: Did you hear that Emily has a sourcemate of MHA.
Mark: How sad can one be to have something like that. What a fucking loser.
John: I know right.
