Spoofing

An oral sex act most commonly performed on males in which the erect penis is taken into the mouth, a hard vacuum or suction is created, and then the penis is promptly removed, causing an audible inrush of air. Release of the vacuum and continued intake of air by the performer allows air to rush over the penile glans, eliciting unsuspected pleasure. Often compared to the feeling of blowing on the tip of a penis, but can be performed in a single fluid movement, and is easily repeatable. For best results the lips should not immediately purse upon penile removal. Care must be taken to not engage too much suction upon the penis as damage could potentially occur.

The female version is similar, except the exposed glans of the clitoral shaft is taken into the performers mouth, and then removed. Most find they must "pop" their lips off the clitoris, as there is not much to actually wrap lips around.
