Upon committing an act that is deemed stupid, the likelihood of committing another stupid act shortly after is significantly more probable.

Person A: Wow, Bobby sure seems like a complete retard… is he always like that?

Person B: Nah, he’s just going through perpetual stupidity, he’ll snap out of it soon… I hope.

A slang term for college relationships that start in high school and are maintained throughout college. As long as the relationship was started before college, and the total time together in college has been greater than any time apart, it still counts.
