Abilties include a total lack of knowledge of the architecture they are supporting, sitting comfortably with a high degree of arrogance and total lack of respect for the people actually doing the required work. Recognizable by the total lack of any pro-active abilties, often identifiable by the fact they only appear when an issue occurs for the customer they look after, and thereafter show the "Follow the Ball" syndrome until some poor bastard end up with the thankless task of sorting out the problem. They will then set up camp behind said person, haranguing the person with inane stupid questions until
a) Problem is resolved
b) Resolver cannot take anymore and guns down entire office with a AK 47 .
Sometimes know under the guise of Partner Services Manager or Service Delivery Manager

"Hey Jack, theres a High Priority Case Just been raised"

When someone possess negative traits to such an extreme that the person appears to exhibit the opposite positive trait.

Similar to how a manatee is so ugly that it is perhaps the most beautiful creature on Earth.

Guy 1: Dude, she's pretty cute.

Guy 2: What are you talking about, she looks like a man, and not a good lookin' one at that.

Guy 1: Oh... I guess you're right, the manatee effect had me going there for a second.

A 'French' term typically defining a sexual liason between three persons, involving three people engaged in sexual intimacy or sexual congress. Three people having sexual relations with one another either randomly, such as on a one-time occassion, or regularly as long-term lovers. Three people having sex together, typically at the same time in the same bed.

A favorite fantasy of men- that of being in bed with two women instead of just one- but women also imagine bedding for sexual purposes with two men. Such is also known well enough between three lesbian women, or between three homosexual men. As long as three people are intimately/sexually involved, it is a 'manage-a-trois'.
