a luccio is the almighty act of scoffing box dolmio style, showing a complete disregard for aunt flow to the point that you celebrate it, all over your lips.

some have named it the dolmio grin, although when growling italian style it is only fair to don the guise of luccio - the most infamous of all red river drinkers.

i was so shlop donkey last night i met this minger at side bar and went to growl her, only to find out she was raggin - that didnt phase me, i said "u need A Luccio" and gave myself the best dolmio grin ever.
