Nickname for a person with read hair and pale skin who is rambunctious and yells loudly for no reason on the play ground in elementary/middle school; A person who has had too much sugar, making them hyper, and always yelling at others.

The other kids yelled “Shut up Fruitloop!” when Ryan was too hyper, running around the playground yelling like a crazy person.
