A mouth of teeth completely messed up to the point of utter repulsiveness. Commonly includes more than one snaggle tooth and/or multiple fangs at various points of the mouth.

Bob: Dude you should go out with her.
Bill: I would, except that she has fachang.

Sue: Oh, hes cute.
Jill: Sue, no, did you see his fachang?
