It refers to an individual who disappears off the face of the earth, in other words, never calls you back, and, a few months later, you randomly meet at a bar and acts like everything is perfectly normal and greets you with the biggest smile on their face.

Get the douchemug. The practice of unexpectedly dumping a large amount of water from an elevated position (or from a moving vehicle, which is called a drive-by douching). The higher the position from which the target is douched, the better and more respectable the douching. It is traditional to play "Scatman" by Scatman John after completing this act. Video footage of a quality douching is a must.
That killer douching of Pierre from the top of the Eiffel Tower was definitely one for the history books.
