house frock

A house frock is the shabby chic of casual home attire. It looks worn and well used, but should not be worn past the front door or you risk the silent judgment of others.
Wow Melanie, I love that house frock and how you are just you!

I love how you don’t care about fashion and can just throw on a house frock and go anywhere.

House points

Useless crap used to make teachers pets feel better and to make it seem like teachers aren't always dishing out detentions like oprah.

Mainly used in british schools.

Student: "miss can i go to the toile...."

Teacher: " YoU ShOuTeD OuT!!! DeTeNtIOn!!!"

housebro

A housebro is a guy, roommate or husband or boyfriend or otherwise cohabitor that takes care of domestic chores and duties. He's a bro who isn't afraid to mop, do the dishes, take out the laundry for you, carry in the groceries or take out the trash. He never complains about having to do it because it makes both of you happier to do so.
I'm so glad my housebro did all the sweeping and cleaned up the cat puke today.

House-brain

One's restricted cognitive ability that results from spending too much time indoors.
After several attempts at completing his assignment, Tadgh realised his failed efforts could be attributed to his house-brain.

Housegathering

A sophisticated way of talking about the socializing application, also know as and and frequently referred to as "Houseparty". The idea shaped itself into existence when, I was chatting with a dear celebrity friend of mine in what the society today calls a "groupchat". I was basically revoking her introvert card because she generally spends her time on the (~renamed version of "Houseparty"~) Housegathering application. Now see that is obviously not a place where an introvert would usually spent their precious introvert time on. I sincerely apologize for straying away from the original subject. I was merely trying to explain how the name "Housegathering" sculpted itself into reality.
Scenario #1 title: "Casual conversation with my pals"

:*Ayisha sents tiktok on "Whatsapp" about being an introvert*

Scenario #2 title: "Relatable Introvert"
:"Mouna's extroverted ass self then proceeds to reply with something along the lines of it being reElAtaAbLe"

Then infamous"Housegathering"
Scenario takes place #3 title :"Realization of extrovertedness and Housegathering"

:*Ayisha engages in the ongoing conversation* but shortly after 1 text message...something happens that nobody would've expected, not even a fortune-teller could predict this unfortunate event. (Ayisha's pov) : "I was feeling eerie, the scenery in front of my eyes became pitch black, my heart was rapidly racing and I was screaming like a madman. I just realized something I should've been aware of much sooner, that Mouna... that damn Mouna I whispered coldly. Mouna was no introvert because...*analyzing the biggest red flag* she mainly participated in video calling on none other then the overly extroverted application "Housegathering".
This certainty is the unpleasant truth, in view of the fact that she frequently invited me to engage in conversations with strangers on the app, I then concluded that she surely was no stranger to extroverted activities.

Horsedog

When you say a joke or comment but someone else takes credit for it by saying it louder than you right afterwards.
Damn Blake totally just horsedogged me. I said that joke 3 minutes before her.
