sewer served

In the legal world, someone can be "served" when they are given official documents by someone known as a process server. Some process servers will claim they "served" a person (that is, gave them official documents) when instead they got rid of the documents in an impossible-to-trace manner (i.e. dumped in the sewer). This process is known as being "sewer served".

"I ended up having a warrant out for my arrest because I never got that Court Summons! I swear I was sewer served, I check my mail every day."

Used to be used seriously, but is now almost always used sarcastically, when someone has received a rubbish insult, by a another party.
From a rubbish movie that was no1 in America.
