Broke Hogan

A synonym for "broke dick" and implies being a loser. Also may refer in a round-about way to Hulk Hogan, because that fool has gotta be broke by now. Term originated in San Diego around the year 2000 to the best of this author's knowledge.

I ain't goin' nowhere tonight man, I'm a Broke Hogan. I'll just stay home and watch some Wrestlemania or Suburban Commando instead.
