Most people are responsible and go to a salon, this phenomenon happens when people have actually wanted to dye their hair for a while, and want it to look good. But if one is one of the following:
1. Broke
2. Depressed
3. Or doesn't have friends to convince them otherwise they will dye their hair at home.
