This means the truth has been written/typed in a chat and no other words or information is needed. Straight to the point. Boom, enough typed. Simliar to "drops mic", but typed instead of spoken.
Can be a hashtag at end of a text or chat like #dropsmouse.

Ex coworker on chat - "My new job sucks, any chance my position is still available?"

Doushnugget

A doushnugget consists of chucky, foul odored, clumps of bacteria that may or may not carrie a variety of popular s.t.d. 's that drops from the vagina during a doushing. These clumps may measure up to 3 inches and most often resemble a McChicken nugget from McDonalds kids meals.

I was eating cindy belford out when I almost choked on a giant doushnugget. Now I have had exstreme cold sores the cover most my face and mouth. Dirty ,no warning bitch!
