Series of 3 books by English/British author Sarra Manning, about a seriously cool vintage-wearin,g girl Edie. She falls in love with serial heartbreaker/art boy Dylan and they have lots of adventures in Manchester (which is actually an incredibly boring place. I live there).

About as brilliant as girlish teen reads get.

Diary of a wimpy kid

a terrible book and even worse movie about a dumbass self-centered prick of a middle school kid named Greg Hefley. The entire books are about him doing things like getting revenge on a girl who stopped him from cheating on a test, effectively insulting his supposed "friend" Rowley, and judging that people should just deal with the problems he causes. The movie is worse as the kids in it are ugly as hell and cannot act, the script is awful, and none of the jokes are funny. The only reason i know this much about the books are because my little brothers obsess over the books and want "to grow up to be like Greg hefley."

Guy 1: Hey did you read that book Diary of a Wimpy Kid?

Guy 2: I read the book and saw the movie and they both annoyed the fuck out of me
