The action of holding one's arms on either side of one's body, flexing said arms and then pumping them up and down while chanting loudly - preferably a variation on 'do-de-do-da-du-da-do-du-do-do' - in the manner of a boozy darts fan celebrating a maximum checkout from Phil 'The Power' Taylor at the World Darts Championships in Ally Pally.
