Blurple is a maiden colour used in the Discord platform. The colour was also used as a community project for the platform's 3rd anniversary on May 13th.

A combination/contraction of the words ‘blue’ and ‘purple’ used to mean a color scheme that is comprised of both blue and purple tones together. Not offensive in any way.
